Lena has been practicing breathwork for almost a decade and guiding others through it for the past three years. She creates spaces where people can drop deep–into their bodies, their breath, and their truth. In her sessions, old stories stored in the nervous system begin to unravel, making room for something more real, more free. Lena works with the subconscious and with eros–not as something sexual, but as a sacred, often forgotten life force. Her spaces welcome women, witches, and anyone who feels the call. This is a solo journey, held in community, rooted in ancient practice and everyday magic.
