Inner Alchemy
The 1:1 Inner Alchemy ritual involves a three-step process to transform inner wounds into spiritual gold. The first step begins with identifying the primary issues that require healing. Once we have identified the issues causing resistance, the second step takes you to your unconscious mind to release them. This is achieved by inducing a deep state of relaxation with the frequencies of sacred sounds and chants, or a sound-induced altered state of consciousness—a theta dream state that could be compared to lucid dreaming. In this liminal space, the ego drops its defenses, so unconscious blocks and patterns may emerge freely to be released and transformed. Vibroacoustics and sacred sound frequencies regulate the nervous system, inducing a parasympathetic state. Healing sound waves reinvigorate the mind, body, and spirit, shifting stagnant energy. Harmonics from overtone chants and incantations, singing bowls, prayer bells, the harp, and other healing instruments open the heart space, clearing heaviness and negativity. Sympathetic resonance and entrainment cause an increase in theta brain wave activity, which is the ideal state for physical and psychological healing and mystical experiences. The sonic massage utilises vibroacoustic therapy to release trapped energy accumulated in the body and auric field. This healing ritual induces gentle rhythmic vibrations which are carefully directed throughout the body and aura, effectively massaging the cells and releasing tension and blocked energy. At the same time, soothing sound frequencies regulate the nervous system and guide the brain into a meditative state.

The voice bath ceremony is a 2hr frequency bath for the soul, just like a water bath is for the body; it will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
